vldap.c correct? (If I've compiled
--enable-ldap=y). I have also edited the vldap.h file and changed the
appropriate information in the file (Have set the user and password to
defined as "" -- bind anon -- for now, because I don't want any changes made
to the LDAP database

that is in the conf file is authvchkpw, which should force it to use
vpopmail for authentication, should it not?
Any ideas? (I'm sure it's something little that I've overlooked).

It should have all authentication modules installed should it not (And which
ones are loaded controlled by your imapd.conf file)? I will look into this
when I get home tonight.
