[vchkpw] vpopmaild write_file dos format

Hi vpopmail-5.4.32 When I try to use the write_file call thru vpopmaild, one extra byte is written to each line. I can correct this by running dos2unix on the file afterwards. # telnet 10.131.27.61 89 Trying 10.131.27.61... Connected to 10.131.27.61 (10.131.27.61). Escape character is '^]'.
