i'm using qmail with vpopmail 5.2.1. I check all my mail accounts and some
of there are missing, but nobody delete it.
Anyone has any clue, why this is happening.

My authorization backend is mysql. The maildirs are missing too.
I create the accounts with the default utilities.

I have plenty of disk space, and i don't know where to look for the problem.

also check that qmail-send don't restart very often.

before they use the smtp. Because our users relay mail throug us, nut we
are not necessary they mail server.
I have configure my server to only allow the relay to the ip address

a problem when my web mail client try to establish too many pop3
connections, The mail server start refusing it.

You will need to provide us with more information before we could
even consider helping you. To start with how about you send your
qmail-pop3d run script to the list so we can see it.
Log files and other information relevant to your problem wouldn't hurt
either.
