[vchkpw] Spam issue

Hey everyone, I've got a qmail,vpopmail, simscan setup. I'm using Spamassassin and ClamAv. I've set spamassassin to only use English. and placed country codes in the badmailfrom file. Yet I'm still getting spam from Russia. In the logs its score is low enough to be passed though. The messages
