I was wondering if there is a certain procedure to move users from one
server to another? The servers are configured the same, with the same
version of Vpopmail. Can I just tar the domain directory and copy it over?
Thanks,
Dan Didier

Normal.
With e-mail-address as "destination" another _delivery_ is done,
therefore a new 'Delivered-To:' is inserted.
With directory a simple 'store' is done, therefore no new
'Delivered-To:' is
ok, in other words you may write: "i'm wrong everywhere" -- thanks for
this,
but i recommend you to think again about that questions, maybe opinion will
change

Go, figure out what 'catch-all-mode' means _in hard facts_.
'Catch all' could be achieved by simply putting
/var/vpopmail/domains/virt

I'm sure you are all tired of hearing about
quotas and how they won't decrease once file has been deleted.
I understand there are some issues with quota
support in qmail+vpopmail. I just joined this mailing list, so if this was
answered recently, I apologize. I think I am a little confuse

Hello.
I installed vpopmail and have some domains but am
confused as to the aliases.
Conventionally, they are in /var/qmail/alias.
Typically, .qmail-root, .qmail-postmaster and a
softlink .qmail-mailer-daemon is linked to
postmaster.
You enter a user who actually receives the mail within
This is not a vpopmail issue and thus is off topic for this list.

I have checked the date on the qmail server
[root]# date
Wed Nov 13 15:39:18 GMT+8 2002
And the server is in Beijing should be GMT+8
And also test again on the qmail, the results are below:
