I installed qmail / vpopmail exactly like it is described under
http://www.inter7.com/vpopmail/Qmail-FreeBSD.txt .
But I don't know how I can start all the qmail services, I tried the
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/qmail start but this give me following error:
supervise: fatal: unable to start log/ru

There are a small number of users who are complaining about not being able
to send their mail through my mail server even after they Receive their mail
first. The reported error is this one:

You missed a set towards the end.
Under the section: Supervise/Svscan Startup
either you didn't create a log/run file or didn't make it executable.
