Does anyone have any success story to use vpopmail + qmail +
qmail-scanner + any commercial virus scanner ?? I have checked the site for
qmail-scanner, it requires certain programs to runsuch as maildrop 1.1,
but not vpopmail. As a result, I can't use the qmail-scanner with vpopmail
how do i convert sendmail to qmail?

Hi there I'm planning to move all my domains to a new server pretty soon.
I was wondering if there is a howto somewhere about this subject ?
Old server:
vpopmail-3.4.11-2
qmailadmin 0.35
New server:
vpopmail 4.9
qmailadmin 0.35
I tried adding the domains and the copyíng the old domain dir's
After finish the qmail installation you have to add pop3 and the smtp on
your inetd.conf as well as have to remove the send mail from startup script.

qmail-scanner is placed in between the qmail-smtpd and qmail-queue,
These both run normally on a vpopmail install. So when qmail-scanner is
installed qmail-smtpd then qmail-scanner then qmail-queue run

I have downloaded and installed the Trend Mico Interscan Viruswall for
Linux. Then, I went through all the documentations about Interscan.
Superising.What I found out is that I don't have to use this product

Anyone out there find a cheap scanner, most companies want you to get a
site licence if you tell them that you are going to be running it on a mail
