[Courier-IMAP] bind: Can't assign requested address

On my freebsd 4.0-stable system courier-imap-1.3.0 won't bind to any address specified in imapd.config other than "0". I have had this problem on bsd from as far back as 2.2.6 with earlier releases of courier-imap, but it has just recently become a serious concern. When set to "0" it does suc
