an error message like this usually means that another program is
occupating the destined port 25. Double check that there is no other
program listening on that port, then restart qmail.

if i use vpopmail with mysql-support will it be enough to add the user in
the mysql-tables? or do i have to execute a vadduser [EMAIL PROTECTED] ?

reading the manual tells me that each new virtualdomain sets a password for
the postmaster with this account you can login and add popaccounts, mailing
lists, etc. You'd have to install qmailadmin of course :-)
