the adoption call period is over. We have received several positive
responses
and those who responded also indicated that they are willing to review /
contribute.
Nobody objected the adoption, but there were concerns expressed that
the document contains plenty of nits and should be considered

work item of the Using TLS in Applications (UTA) WG of the IETF.
