Yeah but if I change the upper limit of the transmit and receive loops to
be 256, none of the results come back from noc_block_addsub.

Thanks all for the support. It seems that the DDC/DUC filters do not affect
the timestamps; filters' group delay is compensated. The observed loopback
delay (timestamp difference between TX and RX data) probably comes from the
analog parts. Anyway, this has to be verified using measurements.

I have an E312 and have managed to successfully receive RF and visualize in
the Redhawk IDE.
i.e.,
Launched domain on the IDE.
Launched device manager on the USRP (using nodeBooter command) - which
appears in the IDE domain.
Once connected, I am able to plot the device outputs from the IDE
