Sure, just use
serial=xxx
as device address. You can find out the serial numbers of your USRPs with
uhd_find_devices.
Note that the USRP is full duplex, so you don't even need two b200mini to
simultaneously RX and TX.

you can identify each device by its serial number, or by giving it a custom
name as stated in the manual [1]
