Hi Shrishail. Did you follow the instructions in the error message?
>From the Linux command line, type: /usr/local/lib/uhd/utils/
uhd_images_downloader.py
Then try running *uhd_find_devices* again.
The FPGA bitstreams and firmware images for USRPs must be downloaded
separately.
