Pyqt5 seems not to be packaged for ubuntu 14.04 for python2 so, in that
case, you'd be better off compiling pyqt5 by source

First with manual build, then with pybombs. I always get an error at some
point.
My latest is with pybombs when I run this command.
pybombs --config makewidth=7 prefix
