Hi Lukas, I use pretty much this setup (Ubuntu 18 + X310 over PCIe).
You can install kernel 4.15.0 from ubuntu repository and reinstall the
driver. It work just fine. You may also need to download some RFNoC XML
files that are missing on Ubuntu repositories (see:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/

Hi All,
Looking at the bitfile "usrp_x310_fpga_HG.lvbitx", as the name suggests, it
looks like it came from LabVIEW/LabVIEW Comms. It is possible even to see
the top ..vi filename which is "USRP_X3x0_Top.vi".
Although I wasn't able to find the LabVIEW source project for this bitfile.

Another piece of info. The manual of the PCIe-8371 card states that it may
not work in a slot intended for graphics card. Anyone have an idea of the
reason for that?

Actually yes, the same X310 runs perfectly in another machine. Its a i7 6th
gen with ubuntu 18.04 kernel 4.15.0, libuhd and uhd-host on same version.
I think this can be some PCIe related setting on the BIOS, since the lspci

Hi all, I have a new i9-9900K Ubuntu 18.04 machine with kernel 4.15.0.
Despite the NI PCIe driver compiled and loaded with no problems, I can't
make the X310 (over PCIe) work.
I have a similar setup with an i7, same kernel version and it works
perfectly.
