Make sure you have same uhd version on gnu radio and on host pc. I would
recomend installing gnu radio v3.8 and uhd version on pc should b 4.4

Hi Alin,
I have USRP E313 and am also struggling with this sampling rate issue; if I
set the sampling rate beyond 2MS/s in GNU radio, I get an underrun issue.
To solve this issue I have been advised to use the RFNoC replay block.
