It looks like this mode was never officially supported. I'm going to follow
up with R&D on Monday (it's a holiday in the US), since I don't know if
there's a reason this mode wasn't kept in the code. The recommended way to
get 125 Msps is to use X4_200 with the DDC and a master clock rat
