Using uhd_usrp_probe is one way. You can also use the sync_to_gps example which
will balk if there isn’t a GPS.
My recollection is that the PPS light will start blinking once the GPS has
acquired lock. Which can take 10s of minutes from a cold start.

I'd like to adapt the gr-drm [1] DRM modulator by Felix Wunsch to output
E/P (through a USRP with a LFTX daughterboard), needed by a HF DRM
transmitter I have access to. Any hints on how to do it?
