What type of Ethernet connextion are you using?
What type of PC? Does your Ethernet card have an 82579LM controller chip?
Are you running under a VM or on the physical hardware?

Thanks for the updates. If you just want to reload the FPGA, try running
"overlay rm n310 && overlay add n310" on the N310. This should simply
reload the FPGA using the bistream already in the flash.
