appears that data streaming through SEPs can get swapped (I/Q) and/or

I made two mistakes in my flow graph that’s why I was not able to receive the
messages:
1. I set the BW to 10MHz, should have been 20MHz.
2. I did not connect the output of the decoder to my detector. Really silly
mistake. I just realised it now.
