Just wanted to send the list a quick note that we have added an archive of
UHD manuals for all previous UHD versions, which can be found here [0].
These can be useful for reference if you're using an older version of UHD,
as the main manual [1] is built off of the master branch.

Does something like tx_waveforms[1] output a signal at the expected
frequency?
What are you using to measure the frequency output?
With respect to the 10MHz, this is the frequency of signals used to
discipline the internal timebase to an external source. I wouldn't expect
artifacts from this sign

Does this error occur with a shipping example like "tx_samples_from_file"?
If the answer is yes, I'd recommend upgrading UHD to a more recent version.
Not sure what your versioning constraints are, but I'd recommend the tag
"v3.14.1.1" - this is the current release of UHD.
