How about releasing 0.9 after fixing these issues you mentioned ? I have
created umbrella ticket for 0.9 release, feel free to add any tickets that
you think should be included in 0.9

I'm against an official version 0.9.0. At the moment Zeppelin has a
regression with the TimeoutLifecycleManager if you use K8s
interpreter-pods. I am also facing the problem that K8s interpreter pods
