It looks like the author of most of the pages don't have script/admin
right anymore.
You should probably try enabling superadmin (1) user and check what
you have in the Admin group (2). If it's empty you probably got a
conflict for which you just clicked continue while in your case you
should mayb
Even logged on with the admin user does not allow me to reach the admin
interface. There is not even a link to it.
If I try to enter the URL directly (
https://x/xwiki/bin/XWiki/XWikiRights but maybe the url is wrong),
on the page I have a bunch of "Failed to execute the ..." error.
