If someone can point me in the right direction, it would be great.
I'm a new user to TomCat, Axis2 etc. I've read the documentation and have tried
to get my development environment up and running but it does
not appear to be running as expected.
What I'm trying to achieve is to run some of
axis2

Almost there, another few steps taken.

to deploy the axis2.war file using the exploded directory format to
resolve my initial problem of msvc(tomcat) not being able to
