I can't use Jakarta-tomcat ,i don't know the reason.

what i want to do have is DNS balanced System with 2 Applications in the same
virtual directory and one tomcat on one machine:
W2K3, IIS6, Tomcat 5, https and NTLM Auth.
The configuration looks like this:
is it poeesible to have one tomcat running on a server
and allow multiple clients to execute their programs
on the tomcat running on the server without affecting
other clients execution.How can we configure tomcat

It is still unclear what your purpose is. Will all users be running the
exact same program/application? Or will each users be changing the program
(such as in a class or academic environment)?
