Sabitha, another option: if you don't plan to run both IIS and Tomcat
at the same time you could switch IIS off , under Control Panel --->
Administrative Tools ---> Services

You can easily change Tomcat's startup port,
look for 8080 in TomcatFolder/conf/server.xml and change it to another
available port for example 9090.
