This appears to remap everything to Cocoon rather than Tomcat's default
servlet; I wonder if Cocoon is ignoring the welcome-f
s. I'd recommend asking these questions on the Cocoon list and
and reading the copious docs in the default sitemap.xmap file that comes
with Cocoon.

When I say, "the page itself works fine," I mean, if I type
the address as "http:///exist/index.xql", that
works fine.
