I won't comment (too much) on the implications of enabling the invoker servlet. I just hope you read the dire warnings before doing that. On the problem itself -- Did you declare your servlet of package ui.user and place the compiled .class file in webapps/elsewise/WEB-INF/classes/ui/user? D
