a certain format? I'm guessing this hasn't been done for 'ant', so maybe

paths-with-spaces for Java programs (Tomcat, ant, JDK itself, etc.).

There're a lot howtos that encourage Windows users not to use
paths-with-spaces for Java programs (Tomcat, ant, JDK itself, etc.).
