Then completely uninstall Tomcat and start fresh.
Depending on how you installed Tomcat
1) If you installed it via Windows Service Installer then uninstall it
with the Control Panel / Add Remove programs.
2) If you unzipped it to a folder, delete that folder.
Then freshly download the ZIP inst

artup Tomcat. Nothing gets written to the Log files either so I can't see
