I've been trying to download
http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-5/v5.0.30/bin/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.30.exe
with two different browsers, no proxy, and it only gets to 4.69MB before
stopping and claiming the download is complete.
I need v5.0.30 for Windows to do some bug testing...
