I'm a bit of a hacker with server.xml, but your problem is with
duplicate ports so look at ALL port usage in both server.xml files.
Maybe you should try changing the redirect port for TC2 to 8444.
There should not be a redirect port for AJP/1.3
Do you define an HTTPS connector? If not,
1) What is in your worker.properties file?
2) The following lines in Apache log:
