I just got it to work.
Here's what you need to do:
1) Unzip the file to a temporary directory (temp_dir).

4) Restart Tomcat and it should work.

tomcat server.
Now i've an admin directory under %CATALINA-HOME%/webapps.
But when I try to access it through h

host-manager webapps. Also make sure the provided admin.xml is in the
%CATALINA_HOME%/conf/Catalina/localhost directory.
