.hprof and jhat

I got a .hprof file with the -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError option. I opened it with jhat but understand how to find the bottleneck is quite difficult. Is there any guide or anybody that could help me finding the problem please? -- Leggi GRAT
