Yes, I could ping "xyz.ab.edu" from my pc, but not
"xyz.ab.edu:8181" (8181 is the port number on which tomcat is
receiving requests). If I use "telnet localhost 8181" from
xyz.ab.edu, it lets me in... but "telnet xyz.ab.edu 8181"
doesnt work.
