tomcat logs under windows

We have tomcat5.5 installed as a service under windows XP. The log files have the form "stdout_20061212.log". We would like to get rid of the datetime portion and just have "stdout.log" (to make it easier to help customers send us the log). Is there a place to specify the form of log file name
