Hi Team,
I'm Vikram Jain. My first query to Tomcat user group, looking forward to
hear from you. :)
I am working on Tomcat monitoring solution for a project and when it comes
to monitoring 'Thread usage', I am wondering whether I should be comparing

When you say "your script", which script do you mean? I'm using the
standard Ant build.xml that's shown in the Tomcat online docs.

Hi,
I have deployed Tomcat 5.5.15 with JVM 1.5.0_06-b05 on RHEL4.0ES in
production environment.
It has been load tested for 1500 concurrent sessions after which it
goes out of memory.
Cheers,

Sorry Jon. Buf.length is the size of the buffer that I want to post. I
have confirmed that this is being sent correctly. But as I said earlier,
on the server side 8K is the maximum size of this data that is read.

Sorry, once again, I am not sure why this is a Java question. Apologies
for not posting this correctly, but the same code works fine in Resin.
As I said, after a bit of debugging, I am able to find out that the
InputBuffer has a default of 8K, and I was wondering how that can be
bypassed.
Vikram
Apologies.
Those methods are being set. I don't understand why this is a Java
question though. The InputBuffer is a Tomcat class and the default of 8K
is being set in that, which is restricting the transfer of my data.

Hi All,
May be experts do not need the examples running but they seem to be broken
for a long time as evidenced by several posts on the web. I could not get an
answer as what is the fix.
In tar file that I downloaded from Apache site has the truncated file name.

Is it so that tomcat is getting less resources due to which it is
crashing or is it a configuration problem?
