.java(Permission denied) error in tomcat

hi, When i tried to access a jsp page the tomcat shows the following error message org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP and the root cause is java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/jakarta/jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9/work/Catalina/localhost/_/org/apache/jsp/Serv_jsp.j
