http://vs119.bvr.kstart.ibm.com:8080/com.ibm.ocs.ui/ocstest2.jsp
REST APIs is under
http://vs118.bvr.kstart.ibm.com:8080/Restlet/it1/OCS/questions
This is under the same domain and port wet I am getting an error running on
firefox from my local machine's
