What is your development environment? I use Eclipse (EXCELLENT bit of
software on par with Tomcat) and this allows me to even debug Tomcat code
when required.

files and see if there is an message that describes the problem. There likely
is. Have you looked at the setup instructions on the tomcat website?

1) firefox 1.5 did not solved my problem

There are huge delays when loading images(and they are corrupted when
