Yea but when I have included it like this, and do the ajax update I still get
the same error. So I am either not including it right or it is not working
as it should :S

So as you can see this has nothing to do with AjaxUpload it is in fact the
upload filed inside of a zone that when it is refreshed throws an javascript
error
