It was timing out in both FF and Eclipse. However, it appears to be working.
Oddly, it was just the plugins folder. The other folder and root worked OK.

Also, I noticed that in my component classes the properties that I have
annotated with @Property or @Parameter no longer show the yellow underline
"value not used"

Yes, Lance, but in this case you won't be able to update plugin, you will
have to manually adding new update site URL every time new release
published.
