I know the FormFragment code has been in flux recently. Some more may
come up as I work on the AjaxFormLoop component.
This doesn't show up in my tests.
It would be interesting to see more of the output HTML and the posted
values fro the t:formdata query parameter.

I am using the Tapestry 5.0.12-SNAPSHOT, and I suspect a recent update caused
my form to break, but I am at a loss... perhaps someone can help me with this?
the error I get is as follows:
