It seems like german validator Messages are not UTF-8 encoded.
If I define a validator minLengh=10, I get the following error message:
(only if I type less then 10 chars :-)
- Sie müssen min. 10 Zeichen in das Eingabefeld Anfragetext eingeben
But it shold be the german u umlaut:
