You only have to run this once, so I would recommend command line. The Tapestry
project will not use the maven-archetype-plugin.

Thanks Svein. I noticed you are using IntelliJ, like me. Can I ask how
you configured IntelliJ to use the 2.4 plugin instead either of the two it
comes bundled with? I like to do everything from the IDE rather than
'mvn' from the command line. Thanks!
