In one of our Project P we need Module A and Module B we set that with
external successfuly. However ModuleB needs ModuleA when compiled as
product. This makes Project P have ext to A twice.
Is there way to set depth for external? If not can be added?

Just look at the task manager while svnadmin processes your dump or use
Sysinternals Process Explorer.
