from postfix guys )
I had to do the following IN postfix
In file /etc/postfix/main.cf
smtpd_data_restrictions = reject_unauth_pipelining,
check_sender_access
regexp:/etc/postfix/add_x_envelope_f

I am using SA 3.1.1 as a module in MailScanner.
I am not able to get whitelist_from_spf working.
