It really depends. If you've not given it a path, then it will be in a
subdirectory under each user, usually if you're been sa-learning as root
then look under root's .spamassassin directory for a bayes directory. I
own bayes db's) then you
can just set a path in your local.cf like so:
bayes_path /etc/mail/spamassassin/bayes/
Or whereever you prefer.
