What I've read in the past suggests that sa-compile needs to be rerun each time sa-update modifies the rules. What happens if it isn't? I get the impression from Rule2XSBody.pm that new, modified and difficult rules are left for evaluation in perl, and the unmodified compiled rules continue to ru
