Any help?
Hello,
from one day to the next I stop working the service, I have 14 servers with
spamassassin and they all return this error message:
Oct 22 10:58:10 eternia13 spamd[14361]: bayes: cannot open bayes databases
/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/W: lock failed: File exists

Hi there
We're using the redis backend for bayes and sa-learn --dump seems to be
having some difficulty...
sa-learn --dump
0.000 0 3 0 non-token data: bayes db version
0.000 01329618 0 non-token data: nspam

Hello.
I am running a qmail server with spamassassin on debian etch. This setup
has been running fine for several months, however in the last few days mail
has became extremely slow. I found this in the log (mail.warn):
spamd[5050]: pyzor: check failed: internal error
spamd[8040]: bayes: c
Hi
you seem to run global bayes.
Try to use a database such as mysql or pgsql for bayes.
you can make the db larger using the bayes_expiry_max_db_size parameter.

Plain and simple, put you bayes in a MySQL database.

I've been looking at the spams that slip through, and I notice that they
have no Bayes score. Not
I've been looking at the spams that slip through, and I notice that they have
no Bayes score. Not a low score, but no score. I suspect that is tied to this
message in my log:
Dec 2 02:00:44 web01 spamd[21664]: bayes: cannot open bayes databases
/home/gostl/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/W: lock
Has anyone else seen the following error in their maillog?
bayes: cannot open bayes databases /root/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/W:
lock failed: Interrupted system call
